About this role
Join Clera as engineer #4 to build AI-powered recruiting automation that disrupts the $600B talent industry. You'll own entire product areas, ship daily, and work alongside experienced founders in a San Francisco hackerhouse with early traction and paying customers.
What you'll do
- Own full-stack features from concept through production deployment
- Build and iterate on agentic AI systems that automate complex recruiting workflows
- Collaborate directly with CTO and founding engineers on product direction
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and drive product improvements
- Scale systems for rapid growth while maintaining code quality
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
