Join Clera as engineer #4 to build AI-powered recruiting automation that's transforming how talent finds jobs. You'll own entire product areas, ship daily, and help scale a $3M pre-seed startup with proven traction and paying customers.

What you'll do

  • Ship features to production daily and own complete product areas from concept to deployment
  • Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows
  • Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineering team on product direction
  • Engage with customers to iterate on products based on feedback
  • Scale systems as the product grows from early traction to larger deployment
