About this role
Join Clera as engineer #4 to build AI-powered recruiting automation that disrupts a $600B industry. You'll have full ownership of product areas, ship daily, and work directly with experienced founders in a SF hackerhouse environment with early traction and paying customers.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features end-to-end from concept to production deployment
- Own entire product areas and make architectural decisions that shape the platform
- Build agentic AI systems that automate complex recruiting workflows
- Work closely with founders and engineering team on fast iteration cycles
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and inform product direction
- Contribute to technical stack decisions and system scalability
