About this role

Clay is seeking a GTM Engineer to build sales workflow automations and AI systems that improve customer acquisition and onboarding. You'll partner with sales leadership to create tools that enhance visibility and execution across the revenue funnel, while dogfooding Clay's platform and pushing it into new use cases.

What you'll do

  • Build and own sales workflow automations including pipeline management, signal detection, and ROE automation
  • Partner with Head of Sales to translate business needs into technical requirements and iterate based on feedback
  • Create tooling that surfaces relevant customer context for account teams at critical moments
  • Design systems to improve speed, visibility, and data quality across the sales funnel
  • Own projects end-to-end from discovery through rollout, adoption, and iteration
  • Act as practitioner evangelist of Clay infrastructure and feed product team with innovative ideas
