About this role

Claim Health seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge technical development and customer operations in healthcare automation. You'll build production software directly informed by observing real operational workflows, then translate those insights into scalable platform capabilities while maintaining hands-on engineering ownership.

What you'll do

  • Ship full-stack product features from frontend through infrastructure into production environments
  • Embed with customers to observe operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead implementations
  • Design and build workflow orchestration systems that coordinate complex healthcare operations
  • Define new product lines and create generalizable abstractions from customer insights
  • Diagnose failures in real-world environments and ensure systems are observable and reliable
  • Partner across engineering and go-to-market teams to influence roadmap prioritization
