About this role

CGS seeks a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to support HR Service Delivery initiatives for a Federal agency. You'll design and maintain ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS and JavaScript while collaborating with developers and analysts in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for HR Service Requests and employee workflows
  • Build reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows within ServiceNow
  • Support requirements gathering and implementation of core ServiceNow functionality
  • Refactor and maintain ServiceNow configurations during platform updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints and manage change/release processes
  • Design test cases, build test data, and ensure quality of deliverables
