About this role
CGS seeks a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain HR service delivery solutions for a federal agency client. You'll design workflows, customize forms, and manage ServiceNow applications while collaborating with developers and analysts in an Agile environment.
What you'll do
- Develop ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL for HR Service Requests
- Support requirements gathering and implement core ServiceNow HR Service Delivery functionality
- Create reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows within ServiceNow
- Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major platform updates
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts in Agile sprints
- Support configuration, change, and release management processes
