About this role

Contact Government Services seeks an experienced Java Developer to enhance data utilization for a state-run project. You'll work with enterprise systems, aggregate data from multiple sources, and design solutions for data collection, processing, and reporting in a collaborative government innovation environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop Java web applications using Java Server Faces Framework and integrate with SQL databases
  • Aggregate and prepare data from multiple sources with plans for collection, processing, storage, and reporting
  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to design software, formulate specifications, and create prototypes
  • Write, test, and debug code while performing system upgrades for security and efficiency
  • Provide work estimates, status updates, and documentation for knowledge transfer and user support
  • Transform designs into functional code and integrate solutions into larger enterprise systems
