FSR Engineer
About this role
Mid-level Field Service Representative Engineer supporting mission-critical data and application platforms deployed at government customer sites. You'll handle platform deployment, data integration, and real-time operations while collaborating directly with end-users and internal teams to solve complex technical challenges.
What you'll do
- Deploy, configure, and maintain production data platforms in distributed environments
- Integrate data from multiple source systems while ensuring data lineage and governance
- Design and operate data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
- Troubleshoot high-impact issues in live operational systems
- Build custom applications, workflows, and analytics to meet customer needs
- Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
