About this role

Mid-level Field Service Representative Engineer who deploys and operates a production-grade data platform for government mission-critical environments. You'll integrate complex data systems, build operational applications, and provide on-site technical support while collaborating with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.

What you'll do

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain distributed data and application platforms in production environments
  • Integrate data from multiple source systems while maintaining governance and lineage
  • Build and customize operational applications, workflows, and analytics solutions
  • Design and maintain data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
  • Troubleshoot high-impact issues in live operational environments
  • Work directly with customers to understand workflows and translate requirements into technical implementations
