About this role
Contact Government Services seeks an experienced Cloud Engineer to design and implement AWS-based solutions for a federal agency. You'll create comprehensive documentation, perform technical analysis, and ensure secure, scalable cloud architectures while supporting the transition to operations.
What you'll do
- Design scalable cloud solutions meeting security controls and operational requirements
- Develop engineering, security, and operational documentation
- Conduct technical and business analysis to guide solution decisions
- Support cloud migration planning including lift-and-shift methodologies
- Facilitate solution handoff to operations and maintain system performance
- Design and implement large-scale distributed applications for federal clients
