About this role
Capital Technology Group seeks a Software Test Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts for a mission-critical Identity & Access Management program serving USCIS. You'll develop testing strategies, implement QA methodologies, and collaborate across teams to ensure secure, scalable identity solutions meet rigorous performance and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and quality control processes
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test strategies across multiple applications
- Perform code and product reviews throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and DevOps teams on CI/CD and UAT activities
- Evaluate testing tools and frameworks, recommending improvements and best practices
