About this role
Calyxo seeks a Clinical Development Engineer to support kidney stone treatment device innovation through preclinical testing, clinical insights, and evidence generation. You'll develop kidney models, design validation studies, collaborate with physicians, and optimize procedural techniques to advance new and existing products.
What you'll do
- Develop in vitro and in vivo kidney models for testing, evidence generation, and product optimization
- Design and execute test methods for device performance evaluation, comparison, and validation
- Conduct physician evaluation sessions and manage study protocols for preclinical testing
- Analyze procedural data including case videos, questionnaires, and complaints to refine product performance
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Professional Education teams
- Establish best practices for procedural techniques and support field training initiatives
