About this role
Broccoli AI seeks a Software Engineer, Growth to build internal tools and infrastructure that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention for their AI operating system serving home service contractors. You'll work across backend and frontend systems, partnering with product and operations teams to identify bottlenecks, run experiments, and ship high-impact solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Build and maintain internal tools that improve operational efficiency and scaling
- Ship growth-related product and infrastructure improvements across backend and frontend
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and translate them into reliable software solutions
- Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention metrics
- Improve data flows, instrumentation, and visibility across the customer funnel
- Move quickly from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions with measurable business impact
