Broccoli is hiring a Software Engineer to build AI-powered systems that automate front-office operations for home service contractors. You'll develop end-to-end features that handle real workflows like job booking, customer follow-ups, and dispatch—working closely with customers and shipping quickly in a fast-growing startup.
What you'll do
- Build full-stack features that directly impact customer revenue and operations
- Collaborate with design, product, and go-to-market teams to ship features end-to-end
- Convert real-world business workflows into scalable, reliable systems
- Improve system performance, reliability, and developer productivity
- Engage directly with customers to understand edge cases and iterate on solutions
- Own features from conception through production deployment
