- Design and implement backend solutions for customer-facing banking features
- Collaborate with engineers across teams to build and ship new products end-to-end
- Partner with Sales and Support teams to understand customer needs and pain points
- Own complete ownership of problems including scalability, operability, and metrics
- Architect and test client-side and backend code to high engineering standards
- Refine features to deliver excellence in user experience
