What you'll do
- Design and implement backend solutions that improve customer banking experiences
- Collaborate with engineers across teams to build new features and products from concept to launch
- Partner with Sales and Support to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Own problems end-to-end including data models, scalability, operability, and metrics
- Architect and deploy full-stack applications with high engineering standards
- Refine features through testing and optimization to achieve excellence
