About this role

Brellium seeks a Backend or Fullstack Software Engineer to build and scale core systems for an AI-powered healthcare platform that helps providers deliver safer, higher-quality patient care. You'll work on integrating modern LLMs into real-world applications and own projects spanning data pipelines to user interfaces in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Integrate large language models into production healthcare applications with Product teams
  • Design and build end-to-end systems from data pipelines through user interfaces
  • Develop high-quality features with strong execution and collaborative problem-solving
  • Own and optimize data workflows using SQL and relational databases
  • Deploy and maintain systems on AWS infrastructure
  • Contribute technical ideas that directly impact patient care delivery
