Forward Deployed Engineer
About this role
Brellium seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical bridge between enterprise healthcare customers and the product team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of custom configurations, integrations, and solutions for large accounts while shaping the AI platform's direction based on real-world customer needs.
What you'll do
- Own configuration, integration, and custom setup work for enterprise healthcare accounts independently
- Join customer calls to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Drive ongoing technical workstreams and delivery timelines for assigned accounts
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and answer questions in real time
- Identify recurring customer needs and feed product gaps back to the engineering team
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards

- Software engineering fundamentals with ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Customer-facing communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Systems design and ability to configure solutions across multiple accounts
- Problem-solving and high agency with ability to work independently
- Enterprise integration patterns and IT team coordination
- Experience in healthcare/healthtech or AI/ML products
- Solutions engineering or technical account management background
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
