About this role
Braintrust seeks a Solutions Engineer for the East Region to bridge sales and technical teams, helping enterprise and startup customers implement their AI observability platform. You'll engage with software engineers and PMs at leading tech companies, deliver technical presentations, and provide product feedback to drive complex deal closures.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales team to communicate Braintrust's value proposition and strategy to customers
- Own technical customer engagement and support closing complex deals
- Deliver product and technical presentations to prospects and existing customers
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and competitive intelligence internally
- Create enablement materials including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles
What they're looking for
- Sales engineering or solutions consulting (5+ years)
- TypeScript proficiency
- Python proficiency
- Hands-on experience with LLM prompts and GPT model applications
- Technical presentation and communication skills
- Problem diagnosis and solution mapping
