About this role

Join Bluenote as a Platform Software Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure powering an AI platform for life sciences. You'll build robust APIs, data pipelines, and agent orchestration systems that enable enterprise clients to deploy AI workflows at scale, while owning platform security, performance, and reliability.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain core platform infrastructure including APIs, data pipelines, RAG, and agent orchestrator
  • Design scalable architectures supporting enterprise-grade AI workflows and orchestration
  • Develop tooling and frameworks for rapid AI solution development and deployment
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability systems for platform reliability
  • Collaborate with Agent Engineering team to optimize platform for their use cases
  • Own platform security, performance, and scalability as customer base grows
