About this role

A1 is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build production-grade AI workflows that move beyond chat into persistent, multi-step task completion. • Design agent workflows with planning, tool use, failure handling, and multi-step recovery
  • Integrate LLMs, memory systems, and external tools into reliable production environments
  • Optimize real-time AI interactions for streaming, partial results, and low latency
  • Improve system reliability through observability, monitoring, and robust fallback mechanisms
  • Own features from conception through production deployment and iteration

What they're looking for

  • Full stack development (frontend and backend)
  • System design and API architecture
  • LLM integration and AI-powered applications
  • Experience with RAG systems or agent frameworks
  • Next.js, Python, and Node.js
  • SQL and NoSQL databases
