About this role
BitGo seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to bridge sales and technical implementation for their digital asset custody and blockchain infrastructure platform. You'll lead product demonstrations, manage client relationships, and guide customers through onboarding while collaborating with internal teams to shape product development.
What you'll do
- Conduct technical demos and workshops during pre- and post-sales cycles with executive sponsors
- Manage ongoing client relationships by understanding business needs and technical architecture requirements
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams on feature development and feedback
- Create and present technical solutions, architecture guidance, and API demonstrations
- Act as client advocate, translating requirements back to internal sales and product teams
- Lead RFI/RFP responses and technical proposal development with subject matter experts
What they're looking for
- 5-8+ years solutions engineering or similar client-facing technical role
- 5+ years blockchain, cryptocurrency, financial services, or payments expertise
- API and SDK technical knowledge with web services, PaaS, and SaaS understanding
- Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or web technologies
- Pre-sales and post-sales engagement management
- Client communication and project leadership
- Technical presentation and demo creation
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
