About this role
Benchling seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Lifecycle team, which builds critical compliance and regulatory systems for biotech customers. You'll design and own end-to-end projects in audit, document management, and exports while exploring AI applications in regulatory workflows.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver features for audit coverage, exports, document lifecycle management, and compliance workflows
- Own full project delivery from planning through deployment, maintenance, and monitoring across multi-sprint initiatives
- Design technical solutions for complex problems, working independently and collaborating with senior engineers
- Write well-tested, documented code following best practices and execute meaningful refactors
- Provide thoughtful code review feedback and contribute to process improvements
- Partner with product, design, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions
