Join Benchling's Model Hub team to build a scalable platform that brings cutting-edge scientific AI models (like AlphaFold) directly into biotech R&D workflows. You'll develop full-stack infrastructure, APIs, and interfaces enabling scientists to design drugs faster by automating and chaining computational models together.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement fast, reliable, cost-effective infrastructure for scientific model inference across diverse model types
  • Develop intuitive UI and API interfaces for high-throughput model execution and results analysis
  • Partner directly with customers to validate use cases, gather feedback, and onboard scientific teams
  • Contribute to technical direction and engineering practices as scientific AI capabilities mature
  • Integrate new published models into the platform and optimize their performance and scalability
  • Build pipelines that allow scientists to automate and chain multiple models together
