What you'll do
- Design and deploy full-stack agentic AI systems handling real customer workflows
- Own projects from conception through production monitoring and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Head of Engineering, product, sales, and operations teams
- Work across the complete loop: problem framing, data, evals, iteration, and deployment
- Build systems balancing quality, latency, cost, and reliability
- Contribute to shaping product direction and raising execution standards
