About this role

Basis is seeking a Growth Engineer to build and own their go-to-market engine from the ground up. You'll architect the GTM stack, manage outbound infrastructure, run paid acquisition experiments, and embed AI-powered workflows—working directly with sales leadership to drive revenue growth at a well-funded AI agent company.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain the complete GTM stack architecture, data models, and automation across the revenue cycle
  • Build and scale outbound infrastructure including list generation, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion tracking
  • Integrate CRM with marketing automation, financial systems, data warehouse, and support tools with clean data contracts
  • Launch and optimize paid acquisition channels (search, social, content syndication) with rapid iteration
  • Develop AI-powered workflows for lead enrichment, scoring, pipeline visibility, and sales rep productivity
  • Partner with founders and sales leadership to translate business requirements into technical architecture and growth strategy
