About this role
Baseten is seeking a Senior Enterprise Platform Engineer to design and build infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers, including self-hosted clusters, multi-cloud deployments, and secure connectivity. You'll lead technical initiatives around compliance, data residency, and advanced infrastructure capabilities while mentoring engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Architect enterprise-grade infrastructure features including self-hosted clusters and single-tenant environments
- Lead development of secure private connectivity and compliance solutions addressing regulatory requirements
- Design data residency, auditability, and enterprise data protection implementations
- Advance self-hosted infrastructure with focus on capacity management and observability tooling
- Collaborate on partner-focused initiatives for secure deployments in customer environments
- Mentor teams on enterprise infrastructure best practices and drive cross-functional projects
