About this role
AvePoint seeks a Revenue Operations GTM Engineer in Chicago to architect and build technical infrastructure that automates and scales go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. You'll design end-to-end workflows and integrations that connect CRM, marketing platforms, product data, and financial systems into a coordinated revenue engine.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable GTM automation workflows across CRM, marketing, and financial systems
- Build integrations connecting CRM, marketing platforms, product telemetry, support systems, and financial workflows
- Translate business strategy into production-ready workflows, data models, and technical solutions
- Reduce manual processes and latency between signal detection and revenue-driving actions
- Operationalize GTM strategy through automation, orchestration, and AI capabilities
- Partner across departments to optimize lead-to-cash and renewal-to-expansion processes
