About this role

AvePoint is seeking a Revenue Operations GTM Engineer to build and architect the technical infrastructure powering the revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. You'll design automated systems and integrations that connect CRM, marketing platforms, product data, and financial workflows into a scalable, real-time operating environment.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement end-to-end GTM automation workflows across CRM, marketing, and financial systems
  • Architect integrations connecting Dynamics 365, marketing platforms, product telemetry, and support systems
  • Reduce manual workflows and latency between signal detection and revenue action
  • Operationalize GTM strategy through automation, orchestration, and AI capabilities
  • Develop data models and production-ready workflows for lead-to-cash and renewal-to-expansion processes
  • Partner across departments to translate business strategy into technical implementations
