About this role
Attio seeks a Solutions Engineer to support SMB customers in adopting their AI-era CRM platform. You'll guide customers through implementation, design scalable onboarding programs, identify expansion opportunities, and provide technical expertise to ensure long-term success.
What you'll do
- Provide direct customer support via video, email, and chat during onboarding and beyond
- Design and develop scalable onboarding resources including guides, documentation, and office hours
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Troubleshoot customer issues and work with internal teams to resolve product problems
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements

- SaaS platform knowledge (APIs, JSON, integrations)
- Experience with iPaaS tools (Zapier, Tray.ai, IFTTT)
- Programming or query language proficiency (JavaScript, Python, SQL)
