About this role

Attio seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers, architecting best-in-class GTM stacks centered on the Attio CRM platform. You'll design custom configurations, build integrations, and serve as a technical bridge between customers and the product team to drive adoption and unlock long-term value.

What you'll do

  • Deploy with high-value customers to architect tailored GTM configurations and integrations
  • Design and execute custom API integrations and no-code automations connecting Attio to customer tech stacks
  • Lead time-boxed build projects delivering data models, workflows, sequences, and SDK applications
  • Identify adoption gaps and blockers, bringing customer insights back to inform product roadmap
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers as technical counterpart on shared accounts
  • Design scalable engagement models from expert services to self-serve playbooks

  • GTM tool expertise and understanding of sales, CS, and marketing workflows
  • API integration architecture and hands-on development
  • No-code/low-code platforms (N8n, Zapier, Make)
  • AI coding platforms (Claude Code, Cursor)
  • JavaScript development
  • Data infrastructure concepts (ETL, reverse ETL, CDPs, Segment, Rudderstack)
  • 2+ years as developer, GTM engineer, or technical solutions role
  • AI landscape curiosity and early-stage experimentation mindset
