About this role
Astranis seeks an Associate Engineer to join its avionics team for a 12-week salaried role working on satellite hardware and software. You'll design test equipment, debug flight systems, and write code to validate spacecraft subsystems alongside experienced engineers.
What you'll do
- Build and test flight hardware with the avionics engineering team
- Design test equipment to validate designs under stressed conditions
- Bring up and debug designs in the lab environment
- Write code to evaluate performance and automate satellite hardware testing
- Develop low-level software to interface with spacecraft subsystems
