About this role
Assembled seeks an experienced platform engineer to build foundational systems powering its AI-enabled customer support platform. You'll work on infrastructure, data platforms, and integrations that support both real-time operations and analytical workloads at enterprise scale.
What you'll do
- Design and evolve scalable application infrastructure for reliable, efficient product delivery
- Build integrations platform and connectors that ingest data from customer systems
- Develop data transformation systems that power metrics, reporting, and analytics
- Support both low-latency operational workflows and heavy analytical processing
- Collaborate across teams to align platform work with product and business impact
- Establish system abstractions, boundaries, and architectural tradeoffs
