RF Test Engineer
About this role
Array Labs seeks an RF Test Engineer to develop testing infrastructure and procedures for validating radar satellite payloads and electronics. You'll design test fixtures, create automated test systems, and conduct environmental testing to ensure flight-ready hardware for a next-generation Earth observation satellite constellation.
What you'll do
- Design test fixtures, harnesses, and automated test infrastructure for radar payloads and satellite electronics
- Develop FPGA- and software-driven test interfaces and board/system-level test plans
- Execute environmental and functional testing across various operating conditions
- Collaborate with electrical, RF, antenna, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to diagnose and resolve hardware issues
- Validate performance and calibration stability to ensure orbital flight readiness
- Support hardware reliability and system performance optimization
