About this role
Array Labs seeks a Project Engineer to manage execution of advanced radar satellite programs, overseeing schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects. You'll partner with engineering leadership and executives to ensure on-time delivery of cutting-edge earth observation systems for disaster response and infrastructure intelligence.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain project schedules, dependencies, and milestones for satellite missions
- Resolve resource conflicts and prioritize competing engineering efforts
- Collaborate with engineering leadership, systems engineering, and functional managers
- Partner with executives on staffing, prioritization, and bid decisions
- Track delivery of mission-critical hardware and software components
- Ensure on-time execution of government contracts and internal programs
