About this role

Join a founding team building autonomous agent networks for US healthcare. You'll design core infrastructure powering multi-agent orchestration, from runtime engines to federated interoperability protocols, with the autonomy and ownership typically reserved for senior engineers.

What you'll do

  • Design and build agent runtime systems including execution engines, task scheduling, state management, and exception handling
  • Architect multi-agent coordination pipelines that process clinical documents, voice, and multimodal healthcare data
  • Develop federated interoperability protocols enabling cross-entity collaboration while enforcing data residency
  • Create developer-facing APIs, SDKs, and workflow primitives for internal and external team deployment
  • Own subsystems end-to-end with full autonomy and accountability
  • Deploy cutting-edge AI models into production systems
