Product Solutions Engineer
About this role
Arena Intelligence seeks a Product Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for AI lab customers, managing model integrations and evaluations while building custom solutions that advance the platform's capabilities. You'll balance customer success with hands-on engineering, translating research needs into scalable products.
What you'll do
- Manage 5–15 active relationships with AI lab customers as their main point of contact
- Integrate customer models, run evaluations, and deliver high-quality results in partnership with researchers
- Drive consistent execution across onboarding, releases, co-launches, and issue resolution
- Own key process improvements or automation initiatives (e.g., model onboarding, customer insights, tooling)
- Translate customer feedback into product ideas and coordinate engineering work
- Ship pragmatic full-stack solutions that expand platform capabilities for customers
What they're looking for
- 4+ years software engineering with strong fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design)
- Production TypeScript and modern web frameworks
- LLM provider API integration including streaming
- Full-stack development (frontend and backend)
- Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
- Problem-solving in ambiguous situations
- Technical communication with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-first mindset and stakeholder management
