About this role

Arc is seeking a Vehicle Diagnostic Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across its electric marine fleet. You'll perform deep-dive diagnostics across software, hardware, and systems while partnering with engineering and service teams to improve reliability and scalability.

What you'll do

  • Investigate vehicle-level issues from symptom through root cause identification and resolution
  • Perform diagnostics on ECUs, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols to isolate software, hardware, or configuration defects
  • Reproduce complex issues on real vehicles and capture logs for analysis
  • Triage issues and coordinate resolution across service and engineering teams
  • Contribute to validation strategies including bench testing, HIL, and production verification
  • Collaborate on design reviews and improvements to boat designs, production methods, and service processes
