About this role

Arc is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to drive the electrification of the marine industry by designing and developing innovative vessel powertrains and components. You'll own hardware projects from concept through manufacturing, working with advanced CAD tools and a mission-driven team in our Torrance headquarters.

What you'll do

  • Manage complex CAD assemblies and Class A surface modeling for boat interiors
  • Own hardware development lifecycle including specifications, design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing
  • Support industrial design of next-generation electric marine products
  • Interface with suppliers and contractors on fabrication and assembly
  • Provide hands-on support with manufacturing and fabrication as needed
