About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to support the Bolt tactical drone program, bridging product development and field operations. You'll manage forward deployments in remote environments, conduct flight operations, troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, and advise customers on operational best practices while ensuring system reliability.
What you'll do
- Execute flight operations and field maintenance for military unmanned aerial vehicles
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in austere field environments
- Provide customer training, support, and operational guidance during demonstrations and deployments
- Conduct root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews for fielded air systems
- Develop and implement operational, logistical, and sustainment plans for events and programs
- Maintain documentation and communicate status updates to internal and customer teams
