About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support air defense systems globally. You'll manage field operations, troubleshoot complex hardware/software/networking issues, provide customer training, and drive product improvements through real-world deployment experience.
What you'll do
- Execute field deployment, maintenance, and customer support for military air defense systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments
- Conduct tower climbing for sensor installation, maintenance, and repair of cameras, radars, and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on tower structures, generators, solar systems, and hydraulic infrastructure
- Lead incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures
- Communicate technical status to internal teams and customers while advising on operational planning
