About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team in developing advanced tactical command and control software. You'll bridge system design, requirements management, modeling/simulation, and validation activities for mission-critical defense systems that integrate complex hardware, sensors, and software components.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and validate algorithmic capabilities including tracking, sensor management, and threat forecasting
  • Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success metrics amid ambiguity
  • Develop modeling and simulation frameworks to validate performance under various scenarios
  • Create test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance
  • Own end-to-end system integration, identifying and solving cross-functional problems
  • Verify customer requirements are met and trace performance as systems evolve using field data
