About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to design and validate advanced battlespace awareness software for command and control platforms. You'll bridge system design, requirements management, and verification activities while ensuring algorithmic capabilities integrate seamlessly across diverse hardware and sensor configurations.
What you'll do
- Develop modeling and simulation frameworks to validate algorithmic performance across various scenarios
- Lead requirements decomposition and definition across cross-functional teams
- Scope system architecture and verify deployed systems meet customer requirements
- Create test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools for system performance evaluation
- Perform data-driven analysis using simulation and field data to trace system evolution
- Identify and resolve cross-team technical problems to achieve end-to-end system success
