About this role
Anduril seeks a Product Support Engineer to develop and maintain comprehensive sustainment strategies for cutting-edge defense systems. You'll own maintenance planning, technical documentation, spare parts optimization, and lifecycle management while partnering with engineering, operations, and customer teams to ensure operational readiness.
What you'll do
- Develop ground-up sustainment and maintenance plans for assigned defense products
- Partner with customers, operations, and engineering teams to define and improve maintenance and repair strategies
- Create and maintain technical manuals, maintenance procedures, specialized tools, and Service Bill of Materials (SBOM)
- Serve as primary point of contact for sustainment-related issues and proactively resolve problems
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams during product development to integrate supportability best practices
- Manage sustainment artifacts including provisioning lists, support equipment lists, and technical data repositories
