About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Support Engineer to develop and manage comprehensive sustainment strategies for advanced defense systems. You'll own maintenance planning, technical documentation, spare parts optimization, and lifecycle management while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure operational readiness.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain ground-up sustainment plans for assigned edge compute and communications products
  • Partner with customers, operations, and engineering teams to define and improve maintenance and repair strategies
  • Create and maintain Service Bill of Materials, provisioning lists, and technical documentation for field operations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all sustainment matters and proactively resolve support issues
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to integrate supportability concepts during product development
  • Ensure availability of maintenance procedures, specialized tools, and accurate technical manuals
