About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Quality Engineer to establish and execute quality processes for advanced intelligence systems serving military and defense customers. You'll partner with engineering teams across the product lifecycle—from design through field deployment—ensuring reliable, high-quality compute solutions while driving process improvements and managing supplier quality.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute quality processes, verification, validation, and qualification activities for products and components
  • Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and material review boards to eliminate product risks
  • Manage the transition from new product introduction to high-rate, sustainable manufacturing
  • Conduct product health data analysis and establish metrics for predicting quality performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define product roadmap and resolve development ambiguities
  • Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and documentation
