About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Quality Engineer in Atlanta to define and execute quality processes for advanced defense systems, ensuring high-quality products from design through production. You'll collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to establish quality requirements, drive continuous improvement, and manage product health across the lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Drive product development and production quality through design reviews, quality planning, inspection, and verification/validation of processes and assemblies
  • Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and material review board activities to resolve production issues and improve reliability
  • Develop comprehensive quality plans (APQP-style) and establish metrics for measuring quality performance and predictive factors
  • Champion transition from new product introduction to sustainable, high-rate manufacturing with stable processes and supply chain
  • Lead product health data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle
  • Matrix lead supplier quality engineers supporting design and development activities with external partners
