About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Orbital Software Engineer to develop and deploy software solutions for on-orbit spacecraft operations and mission management. You'll architect orbital software systems integrated with the Lattice platform, support DoD and Intelligence Community customers, and enable space domain awareness and control capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy on-orbit software capabilities for end-to-end mission systems
- Integrate orbital software with legacy defense systems and multi-domain platforms
- Develop code for spacecraft operations, payload interfaces, and satellite constellations
- Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate solutions
- Partner with end-users to translate mission needs into engineered features
