About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to support ground systems development for advanced autonomous military platforms. You'll collaborate with internal teams and government customers to create model-based systems engineering artifacts, establish digital engineering strategies, and ensure seamless integration of complex defense systems.
What you'll do
- Interface with internal programs and external government customers as primary systems engineering contact
- Develop and maintain model-based systems engineering artifacts that serve as contractual deliverables
- Conduct requirements analysis and system design work for complex defense platforms
- Lead systems integration activities and requirements-based testing across product lifecycles
- Contribute to digital and systems engineering strategy development and implementation
- Create technical documentation including operational viewpoints, activity diagrams, and integration specifications

- Model-Based Systems Engineering (SysML, DoDAF, UAFP)
- Cameo MagicDraw or equivalent systems engineering software
- Requirements elicitation, analysis, and management
- Ground systems knowledge (mission planning, C2, maintenance operations)
- DoD weapon systems and complex system integration experience
- Digital engineering workflows and integrated modeling environments
- Technical communication and presentation abilities
- Python or automation scripting (preferred)
